About:
Jacqueline is a registered psychologist, accredited Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner and,  certified CBT for Insomnia (CBTi) practitioner. She has over 20 years of coaching, facilitating and consulting in a range of public, private and not-for-profit organisations, and with individuals from diverse occupational, educational and cultural backgrounds. Jacqueline has a reputation to inspire and empower her clients to flourish, by helping them to discover their strengths, unearth their potential, and turn challenges into growth.

Jacqueline is a strong advocate for advancing health and well-being through the principles of lifestyle medicine, drawing from current evidenced-based practices together with the broad frameworks of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy and Positive Psychology. She works with adults treating a variety of psychological presentations and specialises in helping individuals experiencing change including life and/or career transitions, and sleep disorders such as insomnia.

In her downtime, Jacqueline enjoys baking, playing the piano, board games and table tennis with her family. She loves to support the performing arts and embrace the spirit of the beach at every opportunity.
